Sonny Moyers finds "office space with sizzle" for ABT Executive Suites

ABT Executive Suites is the leading provider of executive suite offices and services in the Metroplex. Managing Partner, Bret Chapman has known Sonny Moyers for over ten years.

What did ABT need? Bret's uptown location at 2626 Cole Avenue no longer fit the suite operator's image. While the location had been an excellent one for years, it did not have the sizzle and size that ABT required for the future. The suite operator needed a location in uptown that had style, sophistication, size, and efficiency. Bret turned to Sonny, a leading expert in the United States in the Executive Suite Industry and a Broker with Ebby Halliday Real Estate, Inc.. Sonny met with Bret and his partner, Patton Chapman. After establishing a list of objectives and goals, Sonny put together a detailed search plan for the new location.

After looking at numerous locations, Sonny found 3333 Lee Parkway in Uptown. The building was perfect for the operation of an executive suite. Sonny worked with the leasing agent of the building to create a space plan for the center. After fine tuning the plan, a deal was struck for 10 years at very favorable rates and terms for the building management and ABT.
